Title. I've seen quite some people complain about throwing a snowball at someone and yet not getting the achievement, so i tried to test.
In the EU server it didn't unlock, but after switching to the US server it worked as soon as i hit someone.

Same here, it doesn't unlock. I'm playing on EU servers. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

With the steam holiday
With the steam holiday achivement's its really unfair if we cant get the achivement to get ourself a steam present ( or coal ) since we would need that achivement to get one..... and besides if you win at Lockdown you get like 560 cr. so play good and you wont waste money.
EDIT: Switching to the US server works got it in 2 min :D

I tried switching to US servers but to no avail. Achievement still did not unlock on Steam :(

They fixed it by now, btw. And i got it on Steam also, probably you aren't because of servers being overloaded with people playing to get gifts.

6 hours and waiting
Well I completed this in game about 6 hours ago and still nothing showing up on Steam.
I tried to go and smack some more people around with snowballs with no avail. I also did the journey to heaven and got that achie just fine...

20 hours. So I'm figuring it's not really an issue of jammed up servers anymore. :P
I'd also contact them through support mail, except I can't due to beign a steam user.

on my steam account it's blocked as well
and I got over 80 coins now and made 100+ snowman starting the first day the achievement came by.
now just 30 min ago I made this account and lo and behold 1 snowball and I have the achievement.
Now I merged the accounts, in the hope of getting the achievement that way, but no sigar and no achievement on steam either even though the account I merged it with does have it -_-.
I'm out of idea's atm, is there anything support can do for me? steam account is named identical to this account
I can confirm that I am playing on EU and its not working. Hitted over 20 players with snowballs and no achievement!
