All Kats drop Philoso Feathers, as seen on the Philoso Feather page. I also answered your question in the Talk:Kat page, but it looks like you forgot to check back there. :)
EDIT: Apparently there was some booch coding so that you couldn't see which Kat drops Philoso Feathers, which was why the Kat page looked bare. Fixed!
