I've been trying to use my T1 lockdown loadout, but for some reason, the Lobby refuses to acknowledge that I am in full T1 gear and keeps trying to queue me into the T3 battle. Can anyone help me out?

You have one T1 loadout, but I believe you may also have another T3 loadout flagged as pvp. Deactivate it and try again.
