After the purchase of the battle pack and accepting items from the Battle Pack Promotion mail, I got the specified amount of energy, coins, but nothing else.
A link from the support page ( https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail ) at the top of the forum redirects me to an empty page.
Any suggestions?
I do not have any noscripts, adblocks or virus checkers. I sent an e-mail directly to support@spiralknights. Thanks.

If you see an empty page, ensure that nothing is blocking javascript in your browser (noscript, adblock, virus checkers, etc). If all that fails, you can open a request by sending an email to support@spiralknights.com
