I cant log in the game

First of all sorry for my bad english. Im from russia.

We r complete tier three with my guild and im freezing at way in the town. Im reboot my client and cant log in the game. My friends told me that im still in game but "nowhere". Im wait for disconnect from server and try to enter the game again. But i cant because now game is freezing at "heading in town" operation. At this time its not log in again.

Please help me. Im using mac os 10.6.8, intel core i5, 4Gb RAM and latest java. What am i doing wrong?

Oh. Sorry. I forget. I still can log in as guest and may be create a new charachter from my account but i cant play from my primary char.
