This happened me today: When i logged in this "morning" i had 100ce and 100me (ce=crystal energy me= mist energy) i also had more than 1000cr and all the materials needed for making "Great Defender", when i pressed the button "transmute" in a crafting machine it started transmuting, then after a while it said "insufficient energy" and i thought like wtf, i have really GOT 200 energy, so what's the problem?!, then i crafted 2 other items instead (for 50me each) and went off to sell them so i could get more ce. When i finally had 200ce i didnt have enough cr for the recipe so i thought about selling some ce in market, so i put up 1x 100ce for 6400cr, but i regret myself, so i cancelled this offer and when i did so, i didnt get my 100 energy back :S then all i had was 100ce, after having 200ce, putting it up and then cancel it, i only had 100 left... so i got VERY ANGRY and thought that this game is [h o r s e f e a t h e r s] since all these bugs i have experienced today. Then i logged off, and now when i login again i can see that i have lost 1000cr since when i logged off... why is that so? is it because the "crafting" this morning? and also i have still only got a defender (no great defender just a normal) and i have not lost any materials needed to make the shield, just the 1000cr and 100ce... So i would really appreciate if there was some way i could get these 1000cr and 100ce back (btw cr stands for crowns) ... if i wouldn't get refunded i will stop playing this game right now. Because i am really pissed off right now.

Yes i can see that there is 4 transactions missing, 2 of them were 25ce and 1 was 20 and the last one was 30 ce... wtf, still i wonder where my 1000cr went and why no GM's can help me... i really see no reason in keeping playing this game if it is so buggy and there is no good gm's out there to help me... BYE!
Also, that "support" page u sent me, that whole page is blank!

Rest assured, if the GMs won't kind enough to refund you, I will gladly hand you the lost Crystal Energy and Crowns.
I think this may had been a case of a "Sudden Internet Hic-up." I don't know how it works exactly, but if it was your internet, then the GMs won't be able to fix it.
Autofire, i still haven't got even a rotten sh1t from these GM's, but i guess you might be right, since my internet sometimes fucks up, but i don't understand then how any of the trades i made would ever work, since i gave stuff to people and got ce for the moment, but then later i had no ce... and also i still got just an ordinary defender although it seems like i have been deducted for building one (1000cr and 100ce missing) :p that is pretty wierd... But if u would be glad to give me these energy and crowns i would gratefully accept them and keep playing, and really, thank you dude ! you are awesome :D
Ok, I'll send you the CR and CE via game mail. Hopefully, you won't have too bad lag in the future. Btw, if you live far away from a server, that can cause issues. I live in California, so my connection isn't bad. (I get 3 bars almost all the time)
