I know that if you join a party after a certain depth, Basil's entire stock will show 0 stock. However, I just solo'd stratum 3 and Basil's stock for the twisted targe recipe was 0. All the other recipes were in stock. Is this normal?

If you buy a recipe from Basil and then run into a Basil with same recipe same day (between reboots, I guess), it will say "0" in stock.
