Couldn't get in contact with bidders. They most likely mistook CTR High for CTR VH which sold earlier (25k ce in an instant, not even 30 minutes passed).
Lowered buy out for CTR High Shivermist Buster.
There's a Shiver CTR High on auction now, but its buy it now is kind of expensive. Well, you can always just bid on it, but make sure you bid till the very last second, I'm sure price will go up fast.
