For every thread raised from the dead, another zombie is raised with a totem...imagine all of those zombies raised that we get to kill and not get additional drops....ohhh the horror..
At the top left of your game, while logged in, there is a little cog. Left click that, and it'll bring up a drop down menu. On that menu should be a "Redeem Code" option, and after that you just throw it in and you are all set.
