I think a good idea should be Special Abilities tied to armour sets. But only 5* ones, and you could only use the special abilities once per terminal, like at Terminals/Towns (Excluding Haven, it auto-revives special moves) Would have a special pad that gives you your Special Move back. Here are some I thought of:
Full Snarbolax Set: Burrowing, Spikes, Ring of Spikes (Extending Ring) Wolver Call (Would call a pack of Wolvers)
Full Vog Cub Set: Burrowing, Flames, Flaming Ring (Extending) and Wolver Call.
Full Skolver Set: Burrowing, Wind (Massive Knockback) Wind Ring (Extending) and Wolver Call.
Full Divine Set (Excluding Divine Avenger): Hovering (Floating over foes for a short amount of time) Heal (Heals all party members for 10-15 pips) and Sword Ring. (Same attack as charged Divine Avenger, but all around you).
Azure Guardian Set: Power increase by 100% for 30 seconds, Knockback increase for 30 seconds.

Overpowered.
Each set can use it once before terminal. Have all these sets= Abusing them.
Also divine. No healing. OO even said they won't implement healing Weapons/sets. other that the ones you see now
