Weirdly enough, I haven't ever seen an Ultra UV again, after Very High and Maximum were implemented. It can still appear in your overall stats, however as an UV, it seems to be gone. Kind of weird considering Maximum is obtainable.

I assume so - there are a number of items on the Bazaar with UV bonus Maximum.
