Well, as the title says, if i click the Friends Options button under the Friends tab, it auto locks everything. To clarify: I cannot click anything with my mouse but i can enter the A.H. at any point. I cannot reply to anyone using the r button cause if i do press it and type, the next button that i type activates the specific command it's given (I for inventory etc.) and i can't click anything in my options menu. This happens to me now and then, idk if Steam has anything to do with it >.>
