"you must enable javascript" this is classic response, sure it may work in like 80-90% of cases
But support page may not work even if JAVASCRIPT is fully enabled (its not Java Runtime Env., there are two diffrent things, i know it alread).
Im example of person who has fully enabled javascript, has up to date browser, flash, Java Runtime Env. (everything tested either on Java/Flash page and javascript tested with multiple browser testing tools), script blocking apps are disabled, also antivir is not blocking anything YET, support page is most of time just blank white.
