Can I say Big Angry Bomb useless? Using the bomb will give you movement penalty. Give Normal damage. Only the blast colour look good but other is completely useless. It's function is just same like Nitronome. I doesn't get it why Spiral Knight put this bomb to game ._.!

Well. If you decide to ever CTR VH it and then get a mercurial demo set....
You negate one of its weaknesses...
Overall though, for the general bomber, just get Nitronome. Irontech, ISB, Heavy Decon, and BAB only really become "semi-viable" as one reaches endgame and has little left to do, and decides to go UV hunting to use some of the more "Hipster" weapons.

You don't "negate" the weaknesses
you compensate for them. It is--and you are!--still slower than if you used something without those weaknesses.
Tryhards, and to laugh at people who actually gets killed by it in lockdown.
