Like the topic says. The only indication of why is that I do not have the required "compact supply packs", but it gives no instruction as to where to obtain such an item.

Yes, it's Vatel (the green recipe trader on the right hand side as you enter the Bazaar from the Arcade entrance). They cost 1,000 crowns each. I'm not convinced I received the 80 prestige points for completing that mission though...

I agree, it feels like I'm getting more from the lower-prestige missions than the 80-prestige one. Also, I did the 30-prestige daily mission and the bar didn't even move at all.

Rank bar vs. Prestige count
One important thing to note is that the Rank bar is different than the prestige points you have. The Prestige points are located as a number on the top right next to your Rank Number.
The Rank bar will not increase from Prestige Missions.
Hope this clears up some things.
One of the Strangers in the bazaar sells them. I think it's Vatel.
