Recipe - Faust (Regarding Special section)

As for the title, there is a "special" section underneath the material requirements for this recipe. To be more specific, it leaves me a gap to place a Sealed Sword (lvl10) if I am correct. Can anybody explain me what *specialness* happens when I add that specific sword there?

Had heard about upgrading items aswell through alchemy, wondered if that was how it went. Obviously that's another unknown thing for me to discover :P

Any time a leveled item is
Any time a leveled item is required we have the player manually add it. This is done so that you may choose which version of the leveled item to use. We don't want anyone accidentally losing an item with great bonuses.
I think that's just the place where you put special items needed for the recipe.
In other words, it's another ingredient needed.
