I was recently playing the Rise or Fall to get some heat for my new Fireburst Brandish (which is awesome, by the way) when I encountered this.

It appears an explosive block spawned in the same space as a bush, which is quite strange. I didn't have a chance to break it, because I was only on 2 rectangles and being followed by a trojan.

It's defiantly not supposed to happen, I've seen 2 regular blocks spawn inside each other too, aswell as 2 floor tiles or wall tiles. You have no reason to think it's not a bug, and you have no reason to be rude.
It seams to always spawn like that in the level piece Kadexus shows in their screenshot, so its probably a simple fix if it is a bug. As for Mstrpoptart's screenshot that ones new to me.
There are plenty of examples of things inside of blocks. So far I've seen explosive inside normal block, explosive inside bush, jelly inside block, and even monster cage inside a normal block (this was in a scenario room).
Bug or not, those make for interesting traps. Let it be.
If anything, make it more common.

Trojan. No.
Lumber. Yes.
