I haven't seen this "invisible Trojan" glitch. Sometimes monsters can appear invisible if your game files begin to get corrupted. Try a reinstall of the game and see if this continues to happen. Also, graphics settings sometimes result in weird things happening, so bring them down a bit, especially if you're having low framerates.

The water fountain/sprite glitch has been there for ages without being fixed, so I have no idea when that might be done.
