Khorovod missing stun

I'm not sure if this has been reported already and I'm sorry if it has, but shouldn't Khorovod inflict stun status? After the latest patch, the description no longer lists its doing so, and as far as I can tell it really doesn't stun things. I'm pretty sure the other swords in Khorovod's alchemy line (Kamarin, Sudaruska) still inflict stun post-patch.

Is this a bug or was it meant to happen in the patch? If it's a bug, can it be fixed?

... Jus did some runs and my Khorovod is still stunnin .... and stuntin... god have i mentioned i love my new charge attack, so awesome

Weird/unlucky?

I was doing charge attacks as I was pre-patch, and nothing got stunned. I tried again today and it worked perfectly. I guess I just have to believe I was extremely unlucky yesterday or something was just not working correctly.

Sorry for any undue concern.

EDIT: The new charge attack is great, though. Love it.
