no, if you need energy buy it from the general market, which is the same thing as a mist tank but is tradable. Yea, Mist has the one downside of being capped at 100, but if mist tanks were 1.5kcr I would be using those constantly and never use my energy except when crafting 3* items or higher.
Next time, if your party is dieing and refuses to rev, just cut your losses and leave. Start a new party, find better players, and don't waste energy on revives.

Plus the game wants you to buy energy since its made with $$$, thus paying the developers food, cars, bills and xbox live subscription :P

This has been suggested before. The consensus has been "no", because selling ME is too similar to selling CE to be worth adding that feature. If you want to buy energy, buy CE.
It is very common for novices to die a lot and draw down your health. Sometimes, it is better for you not to revive them, if they are costing you your energy. That's a choice that you have to make.
