I decided to go do some clockworks and go trololol by getting hit by a Trojan. I was clearly in front of him and the attack looked like it hit me but it did no knock back or damage. I'm not sure if this is lag or a bug.

propably lag. Sometimes your character in game is not really in a place you see him, but in slightly other place for the server.
I once logged on with two accounts and i saw that cleary i placed my chars one next to other but on other screen i saw them standing separatly.
