Isn't it supposed to be showing what the next level (level 1) is?
The monitor at 0 level always shows the same picture no matter what level 1 is.

There are even SK user interface in those monitors. The login screen and mission screen for example.

He is referring to a old bug with the monitor on the lift, this was posted a month ago and bumped by blade for no apparent reason.
No, it's not that sophisticatedly programmed as to show mission previews on those monitors. It just shows images from a bunch of different missions. Jelly King, Snarb, some random wolvers.... etc.
