Magic Hood line strings glitching with Skelly Suit line

I don't know why this bugs me but it does. Whenever you have one of the magic hoods paired with one of the skelly suits, the strings always flicker and appear then disappear constantly. Links to proof provided below. Notice how you can see the strings in one picture, but not the other. Not a big deal but annoying.

Whenever I see magic hoods

Whenever I see magic hoods now the strings always blink in and out. I updated my graphics driver so that's not the issue.
