Ah thanks for the reply, yeah, I see them hovering around 100k-200k, but I would rather just buy them from someone who has it rather than have to deal with the auction system. So I'd be offering 1.5K CE, or more, for one.

There Is one on bid for long, 81k at the moment..
But normally these hats go for 200k+ due to popularity since it matches so well with snarbalox coat.
