Gifting Elevator Passes

The title is pretty self explanatory. Not only would SK be able to make some more money (at least, I'd gladly give them some more of mine) but people could play more with their friends~! :D

Maybe it could just be forwarded in the mail that's sent when you buy one, or there could just be an option of "Who are you buying this elevator pass for?" and then it could be sent to that knight.

They could make it tradeable thru Steam like the DLC. Limited availability, but it's a start.
