I decided to beat the Royal Jelly on solo a few days ago, and I decided to record it. Nothing seemed strange at the time, but after watching my recording a few times, I found something that just wasn't right.

1. When the Royal Jelly took enough damage for the crown to disappear, the jelly explosion thing that's supposed to appear after RJ is killed appeared, and stayed there for a good 5 seconds.

You have to stand on it till

You have to stand on it till it begins floating, after it poofs you will see a chat message saying you got tokens.

You dont really need to 'stand' but at least touch when it's finally on the ground. On the video I can see you went around it while it was still falling.
