Out of curiosity, when soloing does a sword with DMG max take less hits to kill than a sword with DMG ultra?
Its all depth dependant. Sometimes there won't be any gain from having Maximum over even Very High. You should generally aim for Maximum.
Overall, soloing with max is overkill, without counting lumbers, trojans and colonies.
But, but, overkill is the best kind of kill!
