Greetings,

This isn't the first display problem I've seen with the AMD Radeon 7000 series. There appears to be a problem with the current Catalyst 12.4 drivers and these cards.

The graphical problems have been solved for some users by installing the Catalyst 12.5 Beta drivers.

I installed Catalyst 12.5 Beta drivers. but the problems persist, what can i do?..
I trough this new pc only for play better in spiral knigths but now I play worst
In the store should give them back my money?
or change for a nvidia graphics card? when I say them that there is a imcompatibility with Spiral Knights?
I have this graphics card a few days (Buy it at 12/may/2012)

I want play like this :(

Greetings,

Unfortunately this issue only appears to be happening with AMD Radeon 7000 series cards at this time. It appears to be a teething problem in the drivers, sot it may be possible that a different revision fixes it. Hopefully the issue will be resolved within the next few driver releases.

Problem Fixed

well, I instaled this Catalyst 12.5 Beta drivers, and many others (Oficials and unnoficials)
and the best choice was this Catalyst 12.5 Beta that fix the mayority of the bugs in firestorm citadel and the mayority of bugs in jelly king
but this bugs continue:

1.- When use a jelly king shield causes many wrongs alterations in eyes forms, swords and enviroments.
2.- In jelly king arcade the crowns in the floor after kill an enemy shows rectanculars forms and wrong colors.
3.- Lockdown color problems with some bombs.

I didnt fixs that problems so I change mi graphics card yesterday for a Nvidia Gtx560 Ti in the store and now all the problems are gone.

I also have the same issues with a 7970 card and the 12.5 Beta drivers are the best there are right now.

Unfortunately AMD is notorious for releasing hardware before the drivers for that hardware is fully tested and implemented. I'm hoping the full release of 12.5 will fix some of these bugs, but at this point it is likely the only solution. It is unlikely that OOO can do anything to fix the problem until AMD actually fixes the bugs in the drivers. There are many other games that are also reporting some texture issues with the newest cards.

The 12.5 drivers should be released any day now or they are going to have to call them the 12.6 drivers.

ugh, same problem with 12.10

Just adding to the list of problems, Just got a MSI lightning R7970.... and am getting tons of artifacts with this game :/ low graphics seems to work okay... trying to backrev to 12.6... I'll update when I find a solution

I am on 13.3 I have tried 13.2 and 13.1 drivers and this game still has problems. This is the only game with this problem. So it may not only have been ATI Radeon 7000's problem.

I have the 7850 2GB

Mac OS high sierra end of life

Hi everyone I got an technical problems, Therefore, I tried to lower the temperature, it's not even working, I researched on web site instead. My favorite Mac os will die on September 2020. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacOS_High_Sierra After overheating, My computer memory performance was cut down by 75% because it contains 8 year thermal paste. However, I Researched on my phone instead. I chose AMD Ryzen 5 3500U. it has built in Vega 8 graphics and it's recommended for fortnite and League of Legends. I love Lenovo because it's fun to use.
