Slopes and Line attacks

Bug:
Retrode's charge attack does not travel up slopes.

To recreate:
Find any slope and have a Retrode. Go up the slope and be on flat ground. Have the Retrode on the lower ground and do a charge attack. The attack will not travel up the slope.

Other issues:
Charge attacks from the Brandish line will not travel up or down slopes as well.
