You do mean the 5*, right?
Wow, lucky him/her.
Safe to say it's slightly below the price of supply depot 5*s.
Edit: If it's the 4*, same logic applies. Even for items the depot doesn't stock (other than boss items), prices tend to follow the lead of the depot items.
I believe its the bomb not the vortex.
