I'm posting because I've encountered this twice now, the first time seemed like an odd fluke yesterday, and it happened again today.

First time, I arrived in Moorcroft and got onto the first elevator back to Haven.
It displayed the payout window and then didn't show a loading screen, and just went to a black screen instead. A moment later I was in Moorcroft again as though I'd just arrived, standing on the arrival elevator pad.
Moving up the ramp to the elevator back to Haven again, I saw that the gates around it were up. Roughly 4 seconds later the screen went black again for a brief instant (without me doing anything) and then to a loading screen for Haven. Unlike normal level transition, it did not have Moorcroft at the top bar and Haven at the bottom, it was just a Haven loading screen as though I was changing instance, or coming from the Ready Room.

Just now, I was in Moorcroft again from tier 1 and went to the far elevator to go down to tier 2 and got on to the elvator.
This time, the normal loading screen came up, except the top and bottom bars both showed Moorcroft Manor.
When it reached 100% I appeared in Moorcroft again and started to walk to the elevator that I wanted for the second time. I only got a handful of steps before it went black again very briefly, then to a loading screen for the level I was supposed to be in as though I was loading into it from the Ready Room or straight from the Character Select screen.

Not sure what's up, but it seems a very strange bug to get twice while doing different things.
