i was playing T2 lockdown when i saw this http://s1158.photobucket.com/upload/albums/daflycatcher/

i inspected them after the match and found out that it was a quick silver mail.

Last patch they removed the transparency on the jelly sets in Low graphics. That's why it looks like that.
