I'm assuming the game isn't down as I haven't seen any forum posts/announcements about it but for some reason I cannot login. When I try to login I get the message: "Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting." I've never gotten this message before, and its been happening for the past 90 minutes or so.

However something strange happened before I was getting this message. I was in a group and all of a sudden the game started behaving as if I was lagging out (All the enemies stopped moving, I couldn't do damage to them, and I was on fire and wasn't losing health and the fire debuff didn't wear off even though I was in this state for about 2 minutes). I then hit esc and logged out and quit out of the game, and haven't been able to log in ever since.

I've restarted my computer and cleared my internet cache (Does this even do anything?) but still having the issue.
