Eh...
I wouldn't say CTR on a flourish is amusing at best... can you say no more Trojans? Sure you can always use a blitz but it's a nice second option. Keep in mind with heat your CTR bonus is Ultra. The ASI is enough for max in LD if you play striker, and if you play guardian or recon you'll have CTR max. So maybe the beast UV would be better as fiend and yes you'd have to wear a full skolver set or one and a BTS to max out the damage but it's still a high damage UV against a monster type that's weak to piercing. Oh and @Misogyny - "damage bonuses are weak". What other UV would you like to put in it's place? Once you get CTR and ASI on a weapon there's only damage UV's left. Are you arguing that UV'd armor is "better"? Most of the players that have enough to pay for an item such as this are bored with defensive gameplay anyway and would rather run FSC in the worst armor they can find. Hurray for rants... anyway...
In short the point is... it may not technically be the best UV'd item in game, but it's a very good one. The only point of having CTR max for example is being able to say you have CTR max. The same can be said of sleep UV's - (At least for now).
Give him some slack, and idk... maybe post an offer? Novel idea huh?

Also, I own a CTR VH FF, and I love it to death. Considering double lock rolling on it for some ASI too.

best UV in the game? lol nah. A lot of Triple maxes already exists in the english servers and I've seen some in the french and german servers. Your final flourish isnt special, sorry.
