A. The Vanaduke mission, though since you can't access that yet, The Royal Jelly mission will give the most (The twins give almost as much, but since less people farm them, the easier to get pulsar and catalyzer (15 tokens compared to 20 tokens for Royal jelly weapons) they sell quickly).
B. Assuming you will be playing vanaduke alot once you reach it, Vog for wolver, Divine for magic. (wearing one of each will get you some normal resistance, without sacrificing fire resistance, but less shadow)
C. You shouldn't focus on trinkets until you've got a solid 5* loadout or two. Heart pendants aren't really needed if you have decent armour and can dodge well, (though are usefull in Lockdown, if your interested in PVP.) For your sealed and snarble, I would go for one CTR and one ASI, they hit hard enough to not really need damage boosts. ( and your sheild will give one anyway).
If your able to get some UVs, go for CTR and ASI on all 3 of your current weapons, and some shock and maybe freeze on armour.
A. Go grind in royal jelly palace. You get around 2200cr for 2 floors, ignoring the boss. Worth it, even with current ce prices.
B. I believe all magic sets have elemental at 5*, so upgrading your wolver to skolver for piercing and sword damage bonus, then upgrade your magic for elemental. On the other hand, since you plan to be playing swordie more, you could get another wolver set to build into vog.
C. It all depends on what bonus you have on your armour. Vog is attack speed increase, asi. So with a full vog set, you might want sword damage bonus or ctr bonus to buff your swords in other areas. Skolver is damage, so you'll want asi/ctr. With your current weapons, I would forgo ctr and instead focus on damage and asi. Heart pendants are generally for people who do not, for whatever reason, want bonuses.
Since you have an elemental side arm, upgrade your sealed into a faust, so you can have all 3 damage types. Then you can swap out swords to fit the stratum, or use both swords at once in elemental resistant areas.
