my take:
a price was clearly arranged and agreed upon. due to a delay in sale, the seller received a new bid on it. unfortunate (he shouldn't have been taking new offers if he had a price agreed on). because that new offer was taken and he had agreed to sell it to someone, that first person should get the chance to meet/beat any offer that was put in after a transaction was agreed upon. it is fair to that person who had already been told they were getting the item.
people beating offers on deals that have already been struck should know better. you know that if you had agreed on a price and were going to buy, that to be topped after that agreement feels awful. that item had been promised to you. end of story. so ddochi, you bid on an item that already had an agreement on it. if anything, you are at fault for interrupting a legit transaction (granted you weren't the first).
Whelp, I tried asking around to other people if they had the same bomb as me, and I can't find any at the moment, however, these are the only things I craft on my alt, so I might get another soon, and if I don't, and I see someone trying to sell theirs I will let Ddochi know. Sorry about all the confusion, I just feel that the other guy, which I agreed to sell the bomb to should get first grab at it.
