I have tried to contact Helpdesk at least 10 times. Every single time I try, I'm directed to an empty, white page with the

Question is simply:
How do I contact help desk. It should not be hard.

I also have this problem with support page (its blank white) and for some unknown reason its not working for me since VERY LONG TIME. All those wise words (update your java, check if you have enabled javascript) are for nothing since everything is perfectly fine with my computer....
happens to me too cant contact support all i get is a blank page, i;ve been tryin to contact support for 2 weeks now but i cant i need to upgrade my limit to $200. pls help
