My guess
~9k CE. I know that sounds really low, but the fact is I see Normal Max Wolvers go for 5k CE and under practically every week. And a Normal Max + Shock High + Fire High went for under 16k CE yesterday. That says something.
You might get your 3-box trade if you were willing to foot the unbind yourself. (Not interested or able myself, sorry.)

It's just that Skolver's top use is PvP, and Normal is not the most prized UV there. :< But who knows? I wish you all the best. :)
