When I'm logging in my character is like half loaded and when I go into the world everything is half loaded someone please help me with this glitch!

...When posting bug reports, please put in as much detail as possible since "half-loaded" is totally NOT enough detail at all. No one will help you when you post it this way.
Also, these are probably technical difficulties. There might be problems with your system requirements (you should take a look at them). Or there might be something wrong with your system.

At least a screenshot. And if you want a staff answer, you have to mail them. these forums are more like help between players.
A screen? "wont show up" "half loaded" doesnt tell much.
