where is my nemesis boxes?

i trade accessories for 2 boxes, but i cant find them ingame...

when i go into steam packpack, i can find the boxes, but not ingame...

i tried to restart, integrity of game cache and defragment...

nothing works :(

and when i open support page in my browser(i use Google Chrome, also tried explorer)
