I am disappointed that OOO brought the HoH into SK. I have noticed that the recipies market has dropped...lots. Ever since the HoH was introduced there has no longer been people spamming long messages about selling recipies in haven (I never see that anymore and i miss that D:) And if OOO are going to create a place where you can buy recipies they may as well include the rare ones e.g. Gran Faust/Divine Avenger, Sentenza/Argent Peacemaker, E.T.C.
I should have posted this months ago but nvm.

Have your profits gone down since the HoH was introduced?

Do you like it this way?

Tell me what you think.

Depends on how you put it. You lose profits. New players dont have to spend days searching/pay an extra.

The only lasting effect I may care is that AH fees provided a tiny sink.

It destroyed a market that

It destroyed a market that never should have been that big in the first place. Forcing people to either get lucky or rely on player-run speculation was a pretty crappy way to handle progressing through the game.

The player recipe market was

The player recipe market was born out of a frustrating and poorly designed system that got in the way of actual gameplay. Frankly, it needed to be nerfed. The Hall of Heroes- which does not include boss item recipes- was a great compromise for those who believe that recipe rarity makes an item more special.

And I'm not just supporting the change to be cheap- during the beta, I cornered the market on recipe resales for about a month. My profits from that broken system paid for at least half of the recipes and stat bar images that we added to the wiki, plus crafting costs for a handful of the screenshots. But the difference is that I knew it was a bad system, and I'm glad to see it fixed.

....

I keep seeing chaos cloaks and hoods with bids going to 30k cr everytime I'm previewing costumes (I like to use chaos pieces for costumes a lot). That's pretty good for a non-boss item recipe.

Thats y HoH doesnt include

Thats y HoH doesnt include boss recipes, creates balance, while less frustration for new players to find recipes, they still need to do arcade runs or buy boss recipes from other players.

You are late to the

You are late to the party.

But

") And if OOO are going to create a place where you can buy recipies they may as well include the rare ones e.g. Gran Faust/Divine Avenger, Sentenza/Argent Peacemaker, E.T.C."

It just shows your BAD intention. All that Cr** above is just to decieve is and that was essence of your post. You dont complain that OOO ruined, RUINED recipe market, removing one of the ways in which mid and low wealth players can earn some money but you just complain that there are STILL some recipes untouched by OOO.

The reason the recipe guys in HoH don't have boss recipes is because they're lazy butts that can't kill bosses to save their lives! They're only good at making equipment they know with no special requirements, hmph.

Basil is better.
