Now that I've played Lockdown so much, I've realized that maybe having about 23 seconds for auto revive would take too long. I mean I rather wait for the timer to finish then spending energy to revive now. I think waiting 23 seconds is too long. It's almost like half the minute. Also some of us really want to fight but it's like waiting for 2 minutes. So please, can we reduce the time to like maybe 13 seconds max? 20 seconds is like not able to fight for the rest of 8 minutes. Its like only 8 chances and then we can't fight. So please reduce it.

Paying energy to revive automatically revive isn't that worth it. I mean if I pay 2 energy to auto rev, its like:

-3 Lockdown matches
-30 minutes to wait for 2 more mist to regenerate
-A tv show worth.

No. Lockdown is actually already too crowded for the majority of players to run it smoothly. This further distances strikers from guardians and recons, since it drops the rev time of all classes, but doesn't change the deployment speed for heavier classes, which is a significant part of their death penalty. Just because you are slightly bored it doesn't mean we should shake up (and break) LD.

Thre must be a deep reason on how it works. Revive time isnt just picked at random, right?

No.
From what I gather, revive times are set at an interval, so that people who die are revived en masse.

This is sorta off-topic, but...

The title has me wanting to suggest reducing respawn time for teams that are short players due to outbailery. I'm not into PvP enough to think I know whether that would work for LD, so what do you peops think?
