As far as I know, it can't be done. The battle pack is an in-game purchase, unlike the guardian armor pack or DLC, so it is never part of your steam inventory, and this isn't tradable. And since the items bind, the only thing you'd be able to get is the CE, and any heat amps or w/e that come with it
