I've noticed in a few missions that some monsters aren't from their own tier. I realized it when I saw a gun puppy tier 3 in the Rescue & Recycling missions, honestly I thought it was a new gun puppy until I looked at the tier 3 description. My character is only allowed tier 2 right now so it's not in the third tier. Is this a bug, or is it an intentional monster?

It's intentional. Monsters from next tier may randomly appear, replacing one of same type, to spice up the game. You may also find monsters from the previous tier.

well
that explaces my when i was doing a mision (forgot witch one) that their were t2 mosters and t1. (now wounder the mission was rly easy)
Decon zones have high level turrets.
