Well
If you find someone who sucks at dodging spikes and turrets in vana, a good bit. If a max for its intended use (ie BTS with pierce max) goes around 15, a situational max shield like this... I could offer around 23-25 because of the normal high I guess. You could maybe milk 30 if you found a desperate buyer

And aedium, try actually knowing about a item and recent market transactions before posting. You were ridiculously low, and CoA is not from a shadow lair....

My real estimate would be
My real estimate would be 27.5K CE +\- 2.5K CE. I think the UV's change it from a situational shield to an all-around one. With the elemental and piercing UVs it replaces so many shields and the normal UV is icing on the cake. It's just too bad that shields can only be worth so much CE as the best players don't rely on them heavily, as a charge attack is really the best defense.
