As a bomber... I think there's a slight issue here...
You're selling a currently (supposedly getting fixed) bugged bomb. CTR High or not... a sucky bug is an EXTREMELY sucky bug.
You're also selling a 2* bomb...
You're asking for what is a far more useful (read: Less bugged, has actual use in both PvE and PvP, is almost integral to bomber's arsenal) bomb, the CTR
Med makes it more easily obtained, however there's the matter of unbinding it.
You're also not allowing a plasma cap, so the person is guaranteed to roll through punch at least once.
Were the bugs not there? Go for that... Were this a Fiery vapo (2nd least valuable bomb), I'd gladly offer what you're asking. It's not.
With the bugs, I, personally, would only offer a static cap CTR med, likely give about 600ce on top of it (ps. that'd be my highest offer...). Someone wants to call that lowballing? Fix the bug then. As a bomber, I simply do not see the same value you do in this bugged bomb.
That direct CE option? Don't care. The trade I'd offer is above... (not that I have it right now.) and I do not know a bomber that'd offer more.

Haze bomb is mainly for PvP, considering many Strikers out there have shock immunity. You're right about it being worthless in PvE, though. That doesn't make the bomb worth a measly 600 CE on top of a CTR med Static Capacitor, though. Static Capacitors with CTR Med ARE worth about 4k CE. Also, unbinding a 2* item is very low.
I actually WANT a haze bomb. I just rolled one by chance that is higher than I need it to be. I need CTR med, CTR high doesn't do anything extra for me with my loadout, so why keep it?
Also the prices I have are after taking price-checks and personal market checks.
