Also, we don't know what else you have. For example, if you already have an elemental sword, then making Avenger should be a low priority. If your two weapons are an elemental sword and an elemental gun, and nothing else, then...ugh. Actually, that's okay for Firestorm Citadel. But we have no idea whether you're focused on that. In short, you want personalized advice, without giving us any information to go on.
Ash tail coat is not a weapon, but shows you're into swords. Make Avenger then.
But throwing random items without any backgrund wont produce a good answer.
