Why I want it you ask
It's a collector's item, even more so than regular sheilds with sleep resistance since it's the starting sheild, and even rarer than armors and helmets with sleep resistance because status resistances can't even be obtained as UVs on shields anymore either. Also, it would match well with my Skolver set :D

You cant craft proto shields. Hence you cant get any UVs unless you roll with punch. Also it's o*, no unbind. Removal of Sleep was less than a month after Punch. And you want a max...
Your chances of finding it are less than zero.
