If they put every suggestion into the game then it would be complete [redacted]. Not all ideas in Suggestions forums are good. The game would be littered with pets, healing weapons, overpowered weapons, free of energy, and probably also dead.
I personally find 'no offence' to be a [redacted] phrase that often gets used when someone is being deliberately rude, and knows it, but really doesn't give a [redacted] about what you think; even more so when that person is using capspam. No offence.

Baka. All the guild related ideas were compiled and discussed in a Mega-thread AGES ago by a well-respected and very thoughtful poster by the name of Severage.

I don't see what selfishness has to do with the issue.
Also, plenty of good ideas have made it through. A lot of things you see ingame were suggested before I was even on the forums, and since then, we've had Eye-changes, Howlitzers, Polyps, and many others.

You mentioned 'a whole bunch of good ones'.
Out of the threads I currently see on the front page, about 50% are not going to prove helpful to the game. These include such things as removing elevator costs completely, adding token trading, taking out unbinding fees completely, and a lazy person who couldn't even be bothered to put a suggestion in but just asked other people to do all the work. In the main, I see an awful lot more bad ideas than I do good ones. Then there are the weapon and area ideas, which are reasonable and sound but which may require a lot of coding in order to implement into the game, and might therefore be impractical to work into SK.
OOO are putting new stuff in the game, yes. However, there is an awful lot of junk littering the suggestions forums, including repetitive CE complaint threads and permanent combat pet threads. They do not automatically know which ones are the good ones (although they can often take a guess), which means that the process is extremely slow.
Some of the good ones, including guild improvements and Magnus line buffs, are in the pipeline for being included.
The devs are watching. What is ridiculous is to expect them to include your idea as soon as you post it.
This thread is also getting far too meta for my liking.

No offense, but OOO ultimately decides what goes in and out of SK. People here might like your suggestion(s), but if OOO doesn't, then there's no point.
