Have two untradable parry blades of the same color; one should be tradable. Cannot use the support portal.

I'm a steam user. When I connect to the support portal from within the game, it shows me this. When I log in via the website first, and then click support at the top right, it takes me to the wiki. When I click Contact Support it shows me this. I would like to note that I am using the same browser, in the same session, right now, as those tabs are in (the first tab is this message I am writing), and therefore I should most certainly be logged in.

In any case, my problem is that I have an untradable accessory, a cool parrying blade, because when I got it it simple increased my current number of cool parry blades from 1 to 2. Unfortunately, the one I already had was untradable (I got it during the thanksgiving event), and this attribute seems to have been carried over to the second blade as well.
